What would you do if you stop using the scooter?
Someone in Australia, but I did not know the story yet.
Depending on what the reasons for pause / stop someone from using their scooters. If they had not a legitimate reason to stop you from using the bike, then fight against it. But if the person is a danger to themselves or others as riding the bike on the road like a normal car, causing traffic to build, or near accidents, and then be warned, then the reason for the suspension of a person to use your scooter is legitimate. I live in Victoria and a man's death year or so ago less on his motorcycle, he lived around the corner from me, and I used to ride a motorcycle in the middle of the road, blocking the way even the source of many near accidents had been defended by police after numerous complaints and near-misses, unfortunately, good luck to him.
